Assisting the Executive Chef with daily operations, managing staff, controlling inventory, ensuring food quality, and stepping up as head chef when needed, handling duties from menu creation and staff training to enforcing sanitation and managing workflow. Key responsibilities include supervising prep, scheduling shifts, ordering supplies, training junior staff, and ensuring all dishes meet high standards for taste, presentation, and safety.
This position is full time located in Waikoloa Plaza.
