Applicant Qualifications Include:
- 2 years minimum experience in a kitchen management position
- Culinary school graduate preferred
- Applicant must possess: organizational skills, time management skills, be creative, motivated, punctual, friendly, team player, and have the ability to coach/lead young cooks
- Preferred experience with Excel, ordering, scheduling, costing out items, creating specials, etc.
- Must have open schedule availability: AM, PM, weekends, and holidays
- High volume experience required
- Fine dining experience preferred
- Butchering experience preferred
