Seeking LIVE-IN Compassionate, Experienced Caregiver/Companion for our 84 year old mother who is a retired R.N. from Hilo Hospital and Queen’s Medical Center. She has DEMENTIA, is a FALL RISK and uses a WHEELCHAIR. Candidate must have experience with Dementia and be able and willing to gently assist her with ADL’s including TRANSFERRING her in and out of wheelchair to commode, sofa, shower chair and car, etc. She requires Gentle assistance with personal hygiene, Showering and Dressing. Engage her in PT exercises and activities including embroidery & Conversation. Transportation is required for occasional appointments. Other duties include Meal Preparation, Laundry and Light Housekeeping.
