We are looking for a motivated and experienced Medical Biller to join our healthcare clinic. This will be a full-time, in office position working with a fun and close team in a busy practice. We are looking to hire immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Process and submit medical claims to insurance companies and payers.
Review and verify patient billing data
Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve billing discrepancies.
Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies regarding billing inquiries.
Maintain accurate and organized billing records.
Ensure compliance with state and federal billing regulations.
Qualifications
Experience in medical billing, coding, or healthcare administration is a plus.
Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD-10, CPT codes, and electronic health records (EHR)
Strong attention to detail and and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills,
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
