Kaneohe townhouse condominium building maintenance team needs a candidate with some painting and/or carpentry experience. Plumbing, masonry, drywall, roofing, electrical , other construction skills and pool maintenance are helpful. We will train. Must be able to lift a 60 pound bag of concrete mix, climb very tall ladders, weigh under 250 pounds and work on 3rd story roofs occasionally. We supply tools, harnesses etc This is an 8 to 4:30, permanent, full time position with Medical, dental, 10 paid holidays and 10 days paid vacation/sick leave to start.
