No Experience Necessary! Entry level part-time farm worker positions available at our conventional hydroponic (not organic) vegetable farm located on the North Shore of Kauai.
Days & Hours:
Monday's and/or Thursday's
6am to 11am (5 hour work day, no lunch period)
or
6am to 3:30pm (9 hour work day with 1/2 hour lunch period)
Duties include:
Harvesting
Cleaning
Packing
Planting
Other tasks as assigned
YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Currently on Kauai and ready to work
Valid Drivers License
Reliable transportation and be able to arrive to work on time (we are NOT close to bus route)
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
Have required documentation to be set up on payroll (NO WORK TRADE, NO HOUSING, NO CASH PAYMENTS)
Be able to stand bend, lift, etc. and work in wet and very hot conditions
Have the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Willing to be trained
