The Maintenance person receives general supervision and direction from the Manager. Observe all of the Condominium policies and directives, and does not take action contrary to the same (without prior approval), except in extreme emergency situations.
We have an immediate opening for full-time Maintenance Person to maintain the Condo Building. Ideal candidates will have good communication/previous skills or related experience, ability to work with residents/vendors, able to perform quality work.

- Key Responsibilities:
Work to maintain and improve the common areas and facilities of development;
Power washing as directed;
Maintain Common Areas confidentiality as required;
Painting / Drywall repair as directed;
Minor plumbing and irrigation line repair as directed;
Use of a variety of power and hand tools to complete tasks as directed;
Woodworking to repair as directed;
Maintenance cleaning of shop and storage areas;
Minor engine and golf cart repairs and maintenance as directed;
Maintenance and sanitation of recycle and dumpster areas;
