We are seeking for a Property Maintenance Worker to uphold cleanliness and upkeep across our properties.
Job Types: Part-time (Saturday and Sundays)
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Duties:
- Sweep, dust and remove trash and debris throughout the property
- Wipe down and sanitize surface areas – elevators, hallways, stairwells, lobby area, etc.
- Move and swap trash bins
- Mop and power wash floors and walkways
- Vacuum carpets
- Rake and blow leaves from yard or grass areas
- Weed, mow, cut or hedge plants, shrubs and grass areas
- Clean pool
