Job Description:
As an Auto Detailing Specialist, you will be responsible for the meticulous cleaning, polishing, and waxing of vehicles. You will ensure that each car is handled with care and that every detail meets our quality standards. Your role is crucial in providing an exceptional customer experience and maintaining the excellent reputation of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and waxing.
- Clean and condition leather, upholstery, and carpets.
- Apply protective finishes to the exterior and interior surfaces.
- Remove dirt, stains, and debris from vehicles using specialized tools and cleaning products.
- Inspect vehicles for imperfections and ensure all work meets the company’s quality standards.
- Operate buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns.
- Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in auto detailing or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of various cleaning products, tools, and techniques.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
