Calypso, Malolo and Quicksilver seek boat crew on our large passenger catamarans. Part time (at least 3 days per week) may be considered.
All boats runs from Maalaea harbor. Calypso, Malolo and Quicksilver variously run daily snorkel and dinner cruise trips to Molokini, Lanai and near shore locations.
You must be excellent in customer service, safety conscious, possess a healthy dose of common sense, a team player, be able to work on your feet for long periods of time. Must be seaworthy as conditions can be rough.
Snorkel trip crew must be excellent ocean swimmer, able to free dive 20 feet with snorkel gear. Must know how to clear your ears.
Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug tests throughout employment.
Medical marijuana or CBD products with TCH are NOT acceptable.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must speak, write and read English proficiently.

Competitive pay rates. Full time or part-time opportunities available.
$30+ per hour compensation = $20 hourly wage (after approx. 30 day training period), plus tips and commissions.
Paid vacation and health benefits with full time employment. 401K Plan all positions.
We pay time and 1/2 overtime.
