We currently perform Janitorial Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC and Maintenance Services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Oahu, Maui and Kauai. We have a full-time janitorial/maintenance supervisor opening in Princeville, Kauai. This will be for cleaning and maintenance of a retail shopping center.
Candidate must have a valid driver's license, previous hands-on maintenance experience, light plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting experience is required. Must be comfortable with creating reports, sending emails, communicating with customers. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Pay range: $21-25/hr.
One-time $500 bonus will be paid upon completion of 90 days of employment
