Experience in landscaping or a related field
Valid driver's license
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
Planting new flowers, trees, and shrubs
Weeding and mulching garden beds
Watering and fertilizing
Following written and verbal instructions
Maintenance: Roles focused on the upkeep of existing landscapes, including mowing, watering, pruning, weeding, and general cleaning.
Key skills and qualifications
Horticultural knowledge: Understanding of plant care, soil health, and pest control.
Physical stamina: Ability to perform manual labor, often involving lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Tool proficiency: Experience with hand and power tools, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Soft skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are beneficial.
