Looking for a part-time maintenance person to upkeep various residential & commercial properties in Waipahu and Waianae area.
Hours:
Under 20 hours per week (flexible schedule between 8 am to 5 pm)
Generally weekdays
Pay:
$17 per hour
No benefits
Job Duties Include:
General indoor & outdoor sweeping & cleaning (includes commercial bathroom cleaning)
Minor handyman work as needed
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation
Basic tools a plus, but not required
Able to work independently and follow directions
Must be physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lbs
