Immediate-Hire Employment Opportunity for individuals interested in installing, servicing and maintaining commercial and residential photovoltaic systems. We are a small team that works on large projects, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team.
PV Experience is preferred, but not required. Continual training is provided.
Job Requirements:
- SAFETY IS PARAMOUNT - Must always working safely, and collectively as a team maintain a safe working
- Respects working at heights, but does not fear it.
- Proficient at using a Tape Measure and providing accurate measurements
- Installation of PV Modules, Microinverters, Racking Systems
- Troubleshooting/Replacing Inverters and Microinverters
- Testing and Replacing Solar Modules
- Testing and Repairing DC Strings
- Basic Electrical Troubleshooting/Repairs
- Be willing to do whatever is necessary to complete quality jobs

- Own a reliable vehicle to get to and from job sites (Mileage Reimbursement Provided)
