We are Tree Masters LLC, a tree service company based in Honolulu. We are looking for full-time and part-time employees for our ground crew position. This position starts at $30 an hour and the ideal candidate would have
Physical Fitness: Must be able to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and materials (50+ lbs), working on your feet for extended periods, and operating in all weather conditions.
Teamwork and Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, follow instructions, and communicate clearly with crew members and supervisors.
Safety Awareness: Must understand the importance of safety protocols and be willing to follow them at all times. Familiarity with safety equipment is a plus.
Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required to operate company vehicles and travel to job sites.
Willingness to Learn: No prior tree service experience is required, but the willingness to learn proper tree care techniques, equipment usage, and safety practices is essential.
Experience with chainsaws, chippers, and other tree service equipment is a plus, but on-the-job training is provided.
