Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have prior hands-on maintenance experience. Skills in light plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting are essential. You should be comfortable with creating reports, email communication, interacting with customers, employees, management, property managers, and vendors. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, and a background check is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required

Troubleshooting skills
Basic electrical, mechanical, and HVAC knowledge

Create and maintain purchase orders
Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
40 hours per week
On-call to address emergencies as needed
Compensation:
$25.00 - $26.00 per hour
