MacDonald Rudy's Trust and Estate Litigation Department is looking for an Associate with one to two years of experience, preferably with a background in Probate Court and Civil Litigation. Should have well developed research and writing skills and some experience with all aspects of the litigation process. Will have direct client contact and work independently, but in a team-based environment. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Hawaii. Compensation commensurate with experience.
