We’re looking for a youth champion to join our Lahaina team as a Program Director!
What You'll Do:
Design and deliver engaging programs that help kids grow in leadership, life skills, education, creativity, and wellness
Create a safe, inclusive, and FUN environment where youth thrive
Lead group activities, manage behavior, and support young people with patience and purpose
Help us make every day at the Club a positive and meaningful experience
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with youth (school, camp, coaching, mentoring – we want it all!)
Leadership skills and confidence in managing group dynamics
Strong communication skills and a heart for service
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willingness to jump in, be trained, and grow with us!
