Air Masters is a locally owned, long-established HVAC company serving Oahu. We've been in business for over 30 years.

We’re looking for a highly organized, reliable person to run the day-to-day operations of our service department and become a key part of our leadership team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, communication, and keeping things running smoothly and who wants a long-term position with growth potential, not just another administrative job. This is a fast-paced role with many moving parts, and we are a performance-driven team that values coachability, reliability, and a strong work ethic. We’re looking for someone who wants to continually improve and take ownership of their role.

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the daily scheduling and coordination of service and maintenance calls to keep technicians productive and customers informed.

Serve as the main point of contact for customers: confirming appointments, clarifying service needs, and following up to ensure a smooth experience.

Dispatch technicians, monitor job progress throughout the day, and proactively resolve scheduling or communication issues.

Create, track, and manage service tickets with accuracy and attention to detail.

Order parts, track service inventory, and help ensure technicians have what they need to complete jobs efficiently.

Maintain organized service records and assist with billing coordination and documentation.

Help lead service operations by keeping jobs organized, on schedule, and moving forward.

Provide quick, professional, and excellent customer service at all times.

For the right person, this role has the potential to grow into a long-term service management position.

Qualifications:

Must be coachable, reliable, and highly detail-oriented.

Prior experience is not required, but a strong attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Experience in HVAC or a service-based business is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Comfortable using Google Calendar and Microsoft Office.

Professional, positive attitude with a desire to continuously improve and be a strong team contributor.
