Location: Kahului, HI | Full-Time | 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. | Pay: Based on experience
About the Role:
Reyes and Hall is hiring a detail-oriented Parts Purchasing Coordinator to manage parts and materials procurement from local Maui vendors. This is a demanding, fast-paced role with room for professional growth. Free medical insurance provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Order parts and materials from local Maui vendors.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with Receiving Personnel and Parts Drivers for smooth pickup and delivery.
Communicate with vendors about availability, pricing, and updates.
Maintain accurate records of orders and deliveries.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in purchasing, ordering, or inventory preferred.
Knowledge of automotive, heavy equipment, or machinery parts, or the ability to learn quickly.
Basic computer skills (Stock & Trace, Fleetio) or willingness to learn.
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
