This position is very important as you will be the first impression of our firm to our clients, consultants, and business associates. Title:ÂAdmin Assistant Temp
Contract Term: 2-4 weeks, starting 7/8
Location:ÂHonolulu, HI Ward
Schedule:ÂMon-Fri, 8a-5p
Pay:ÂUp to $14/hour
Parking provided & Bus line accessible

Responsibilities:
Greet clients/guests, manage front desk (phones, couriers, mail)
Data entry, manage invoices
Email correspondences to clients, principals and staff
Maintain and sort files
Other duties as assignedÂ
Requirements:
Minimum (2) years of administrative experience
Typing 40 wpm, knowledge of MS Office Suite
Ability to multi-task and keep organized
