Established, well regarded long-term rental property mangement company is searching for an Office Administrator who also has some knowledge and interest in property maintenance. Position requires experience with Microsoft business applications: Word and Outlook, Google Docs and Sheets, good typing skills and the ability to learn AppFolio landlord software quickly. We are looking for someone with a friendly, easy going personality who has general office experience (bill paying, generating monthly owner statements, filing, good math skills) as well as confidence in dealing with maintenance issues (coordinating general household repairs with various repairmen and contractors). The ideal applicant is dependable, can take intiative and has ambition to learn the business. Benefits include good health insurance, annual two week vacation, all national holidays off, paid sick time and a certain amount of paid personal time off. Hours are M-F, 9am-4pm.
