"Starting" Compensation: $14.00, higher rates based on certifications and experience (Starting Pay goes up to $16/hr in January 2026)

Ko Olina Operations is looking for individuals that can work in a multi-faceted environment supporting security and guest services. Qualified applicants must demonstrate strong work ethics, a passion for community involvement, maturity and a desire to serve in a world-class resort environment where customer service is of the utmost importance in a drug-free workplace. This position is openly seen and we have had many past employees gain positions with other companies on property.
-Minimum qualifications:
Clean criminal history
16 years or older
Must be available weekends and holidays
Work independently and well under pressure, communicate professionally and work with broad demographics
-Qualifications for advancement:
Act 208 (Guard card certified) and security experience
Have a current valid drivers license and clean traffic abstract
Computer literate, proficient in report writing
CPR/AED/First Aid certified
Flexible for various shifts
-Minimum physical demands:
Standing/walking for extended periods
Lifting or carrying cones, chairs and other odd items
Working outdoors in all weather conditions
