Hawaiian Style Activities/Boss Frog’s is a seeking highly motivated sales agent to sell and rent beach related items from our Kaanapali Beach Resort booth near the pool.
Shifts may include mornings or afternoons (includes weekends). Shifts are 7am-1pm and 1pm-7pm.
Agents compensation averages $30 hour based on per hour wage plus Commissions on sales and rentals.
Full time positions provided Medical Insurance and PTO/Vacation; 401k plan available
General Job Functions:
Sell Maui Jim's and other items
Rent beach equipment (snorkel gear, etc.)
Rent cabanas and gazebos
Use booking software
The following are preferred but not required:
Sales and customer service experience
Work with minimal supervision
Greet and assist guest in a pleasant and helpful manner
Regularly and reliably report to work on time
Good physical condition and sustained endurance for long periods of standing
Able to work up to 7 hours shifts and lift up to 30 pounds
Able to work in hot and humid conditions in the sun
Ability to operate in a fast paced retail environment
Ability to learn our computer booking system
Ability to speak, read, write English
