We’re looking for a Design Consultant who enjoys working with homeowners to bring their dream remodels and new home builds to life!
If you’re creative, people oriented, and have an eye for design, this is a great opportunity to join a growing local design-build company. You’ll meet with homeowners, understand their goals and lifestyle, and turn their ideas into beautiful and functional design concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients to discuss remodeling or new home-build projects
Prepare and present design concepts, floor plans, and material selections
Provide accurate proposals and pre-construction agreements
Build rapport and maintain lasting client relationships
Participate in local marketing events, seminars, and trade shows
Coordinate with our construction team to ensure designs are executed properly
Maintain knowledge of current design trends, materials, and construction processes
What We’re Looking For
Experience in residential design, interior design, or related field preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of basic construction and home-building processes
Self-motivated and organized with strong attention to detail
Design software skills (SketchUp, Chief Architect, AutoCAD, or similar) a plus
Sales or client-consultation experience helpful
