Duties:
In-house sales, T.O. would be responsible for generating maximum sales efficiencies and exceeding target net sales volume. Establish rapport, overcome objections, and meet sales goals. Assists and supports with the supervision or management of the IN-House sales executives to succeed and achieve their monthly goals. Recruit, Interview, train, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff while keeping monthly logs. Works with and reports to senior manager.
