We're looking for a motivated Roofing Sales Rep to join our growing local company.
If you're hungry, reliable, and can connect with homeowners, this position offers uncapped earning potential and flexible hours.
What You'll Do:
-Meet with homeowners for roofing inspections and estimates.
-Generate and follow up on leads (some provided, some self-generated).
-Educate customers on roofing options, warranties and financing.
-Work with our team on creating estimates and signing deals.
Pay:
Commission Based - 10-18% depending on experience and closing rate
Average reps earn $90-$180k per year.
Ideal Candidate:
-Self Motivated, reliable and professional with customers.
-Must have a vehicle and valid drivers license.
-Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
-Roofing or construction experience is a plus but not necessary
