Who We’re Looking For
This position is Oahu-only — candidates must already live on Oahu or be willing to relocate.
You see “no” as the first step to “yes.”
You act fast—because urgency closes deals.
You work independently—no babysitting required.
You’re persuasive, confident, and always two steps ahead.
You measure success in contracts signed, not promises made.
What You’ll Do
Generate leads through referrals, outreach, and local networking.
Walk roofs, knock doors, and close deals face-to-face.
Leverage our estimating team so you can focus on closing.
Track pipeline and performance in CRM with discipline.
Exceed sales targets month after month—no excuses.
Requirements (Non-Negotiables)
3–5 years of proven sales experience (roofing or home services preferred).
Consistent record of hitting or beating quotas.
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
Comfortable climbing roofs and handling inspections.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Roofing knowledge is a plus—but not required.
