We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible SUP Tour Guide to lead tourists on paddle adventures.
Position Details:
Tours run twice per week from COVE beach in Kihei
Timeframe around 3 hours
SUPs provided
1099 independent contractor position
Must have valid work authorization
What you would need to do:
Lead Guided SUP Tours – Navigate groups safely along the designated route while providing an engaging experience.
Ensure Guest Safety – Monitor weather conditions, water currents, and participant skill levels to prevent accidents.
Provide Instruction – Teach proper SUP techniques, balance, and paddling skills for beginners.
Share Local Knowledge – Educate guests about marine life, local history, and points of interest.
Engage and Entertain – Create a fun and interactive atmosphere to enhance guest enjoyment.
Maintain Equipment – Ensure all SUP boards, paddles, and safety gear are in good condition before and after tours.
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable, responsible, and punctual person who can stay calm under pressure
Strong local knowledge of the area
A welcoming and energetic personality
Prior SUP guide experience preferred
