We are hiring IMMEDIATELY for dependable, hard-working General Laborers. If you show up on time, work well with others, and are not afraid to get dirty, this is a great opportunity to start working right away with room to grow.
Pay
$19–$20 per hour (Depending on experience, reliability, and availability)
Responsibilities
Assist with daily labor tasks across job sites island-wide
Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
Support skilled trades and team leads as needed
Digging a must
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow all safety procedures
Perform general cleanup, basic repairs, and heavy labor duties
Operate hand tools and power tools
Communicate clearly and work effectively with the team
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work hard
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors and in tough/dirty environments
Not afraid to get dirty or work hands-on
Strong team attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred
Digging experience
Experience with hand tools or construction labor
OSHA or safety certifications
Flexibility for weekend or emergency work
