Position: Roofer / Roofing Technician
Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–3+ years preferred (but willing to train the right person)
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and replace residential roofs
Work safely with shingles, metal, membrane, or tile (depending on experience)
Identify roof issues, leaks, and needed repairs
Operate power tools, ladders, and equipment safely
Maintain a clean job site and follow company safety standards
Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners

Requirements
Roofing experience preferred
Must be dependable and show up on time
Comfortable with heights and ladder work
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Valid driver’s license is a plus
Good attitude and strong work ethic
