Job Description
Location: Kahului, Maui (Current Project is Single Family Homes)
Terms: Full-Time
Salary: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year (Based on Experience)
Requirements:
Work schedule Monday through Friday (Possibly weekends if necessary)
Regular Operations Hours 7:00am – 3:30pm (Time may vary based on tasks)
Reliable Transportation
General knowledge of construction
Communication and Delegation skills
Responsibilities:
Communication with Field Team, Project Managers, and Management.
Complete Material Take Offs per project.
Coordinate Material Procuring and Delivering per jobsite.
Create and Maintain Overall Project Schedules
Create, Maintain, and Send out all Subcontractor Schedules
Collaborate with Engineers, Architects, Developer, Contractor, and Subcontractors to determine project specifications.
Evaluate the progress and prepare to share with management.
Other duties assigned by supervisor or managers.
Training:
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
