Stewarding Supervisor

Oversee multiple hourly colleagues in various kitchen or event locations.Chemical/equipment orderingChina/glass/silver/equipment maintenance. Ensure all equipment is in working order and report any items in need of repair.Scheduling colleaguesMaintain the sanitation of kitchen equipment and other areas assigned to ensure optimum food safetyManaging stewarding requirements for banquet events.Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting colleaguesLead and manage the Stewarding team and ensure standards are followedBalance operational and colleague needsWork closely with F&B Management to anticipate guest needsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsOther duties as assigned
