Beach Club General Manager

The base salary range for this position is $100K - $110K + 15-18% annual bonus potentialAs the Beach Club General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our pool and beach areas. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction of these facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food & beverage, pool and beach management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team to deliver world-class service.Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of pool and beach areas.Develops departmental budgets, controls costs (labor, food, beverage), and analyzes financial reports to maximize profitability.Oversees day-to-day operations to ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and heartfelt customer service. Recruits, trains, schedules, and mentors frontline and management staff to deliver consistent, heartfelt care.Oversee a team, providing leadership, training, and ongoing development.Implement and monitor pool and beachside services, including food and beverage offerings.Coordinate and execute Beach Club Activities and Beach Club related Food and Beverage offerings or activations.
