Pool & Beach Attendant

The base salary for this position is $22.42 hourly.As a Pool & Beach Attendant, you will create a welcoming and pampered experience for our guests through your friendly attitude and unobtrusive performance. Your responsibilities include:Maintain beach areas, including chairs, lounges, halaus, and cabanas, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup throughout the day.Provide excellent guest service by greeting visitors, offering amenities, and assisting with beach equipment rentals and activities.Ensure safety and security in beach areas by monitoring conditions, posting safety signs, and responding to emergencies as needed.Participate in and lead beach activities for guests of all ages.Maintain cleanliness of beach stations, glassware, and surrounding areas.Assist with food and beverage service from the food truck as needed.Perform regular maintenance checks on beach equipment and report any issues promptly.Stay informed about hotel amenities, local attractions, and current events to provide guests with relevant information.Adhere to opening and closing procedures for the beach area.Perform other related duties as assigned or required.Physical demands include the ability to lift 50 pounds, swim 50 yards, and work in various outdoor weather conditions. Must be available for all shifts and hours.
