Job Description
Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Information Systems Manager position. The Information Systems Manager oversees all computer operations, both hardware and software. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage on-prem and cloud based resources (servers, storage, software, networks) ensuring optimal levels of performance and up-time
Maintain continual enhancement of all computer operations and functions
Primary liaison between Norco and TIMS ERP Software Company
Establish, coordinate, and maintain contracts and software licensing agreements with hardware and software vendors
Ability to coordinate IT efforts across multiple departments, stores, and geographic locations
Develop and maintain the yearly department budget
Hire, discipline, and terminate staff as needed
Lead, train, develop, and motivate the department employees
Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or other computer related field
Minimum 5 years experience in IT management
Master's degree preferred
Experience in managing data center operations, customer service, and employee management
Ability to accurately enter data into computers and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications necessary to the position
