As our People Experience Advisor Manager, you will be responsible for providing active leadership to our team of HR Advisors to ensure all interactions with associates and people leaders meet expectations of quality and exemplify putting people at the center of all we do.Every day you will partner closely with our HR Business Leaders and Centers of Excellence to identify areas of opportunity and build recommendations for change aligned with HR policies, processes, and regulatory requirements. To thrive in this role, you must have a deep subject matter expertise in HR policy and employee relations and provide guidance on processes for consistency throughout the team and across the organization.Here’s what you will experience as the People Experience Advisor Manager:

Provide knowledge, support and training to a team of HR Advisors in managing complex employment issues to drive high integrity employee relations, performance management and conflict resolution strategies.

Creates and reviews metrics to measure success of team and identify patterns, predict outcomes, and use information to shape programs/processes that affect team strategy.

Lead HR Policy COE to ensure compliance, accuracy, and training for all HR policies.

Consult, advise, and collaborate with HR and business leadership to identify operational improvements.

Responsible for motivating staff to achieve efficiency and productivity. Conducts performance evaluations, interviews, and discipline/documentation as needed.

Resolve escalated Associate/People Leader issues quickly and in a manner that satisfies the business; educates team members associated with the issue to resolve such issues without escalation.

Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance processes, increase quality and reduce operating expenses.

Collaborates with HRBPs, Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Center of Excellence (CoE) on transactions, training needs, development of new or updating knowledgebase content, escalated case management, process improvements and implementation of new services.

Develops and implements standards and documented procedures for HR Advisor team to support organizational initiatives and meet associate needs.

Support implementation, use of and improvements to technology, tools, and processes.

Additional support for projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Roles at this level typically require a bachelor’s degree. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered

Minimum of 5 years in progressively more responsible HR roles including 3 years of high-volume employee relations and prior leadership experience.

Advanced knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations that influence HR (experience with CA state employment law preferred)

Knowledge of HR functions such as compensation, benefits, and employee relations.

Ability to partner with, coach, influence and appropriately challenge senior business leaders.

Ability to integrate knowledge into design and implementation of integrated service center strategy.

Demonstrated ability to lead in a team environment with a focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Both written and verbal communication skills 

Proficient with Microsoft Office-ability to create/manipulate documents using Excel/ Word and PowerPoint

Working knowledge of Workday is a plus

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $67,061.41 - $106,374.00 per year .
