As a Mask Sustaining Engineering Manager at Micron Technology, Inc., you lead a team of lead engineers, engineers, and technicians across 4 shifts to ensure the health of the fab through: line quality monitoring & reacting; ensuring new processes are manufacturable; driving structured shift-left responses to excursions; and driving the Vision, Mission and Strategy of the Sustaining team. This position requires collaboration with Mask Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, and PI & Change Management teams to ensure success.Responsibilities:

Finishing the required safety training and ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with Micron safety policies while promoting a safe and positive work environment

Developing ambitious performance targets and ensuring line-of-sight goals are communicated to your team members

Ensuring OOS conditions and product excursions are reacted to in a timely and appropriate manner

Ensuring seamless transfer of processes and methods to manufacturing

Identify and drive continuous improvement projects for reticle manufacturability and line monitoring

Monitor and improve shift-to-shift consistency in both product and process disposition

Presenting regularly to MTC team members and leaders on sustaining metrics and projects

Knowing Micron People policies and partnering closely with People organization

Qualifications & Skills

Set and measure short and long-range goals for a team covering multiple shifts

Demonstrated ability in building and developing teams

Solid understanding of mask traveler and process flows

Communicate and present technical information effectively

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Strong data analysis, problem solving, and fixing skills

Collaborating with other groups to build strong peer relationships

Coaching and mentoring team members supporting their career development

Solicit feedback, accept input, and analyze success/failure

Identify, understand, and mitigate risk before making critical decisions
