This offering helps organizations to move faster, adapt quickly, learn rapidly, and embrace a dynamic workforce.Recruiting for this role ends 11/1/2025Work you'll do:As a Workday AMS Integrations Consultant in our HCAS HCM Operate practice, you should expect to be involved in the following:

Support workstreams for single module deployments in Workday HCM (such as Integrations, Core Connectors, Studio, Workday Calculated Fields, EIBs, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Core Comp, Advanced Comp, Payroll, Benefits, and more)

Support integration performance and configuration of monitoring tools Serve as a resource for other Workday post-production engagements in accordance with your areas of expertise Assist in building consensus around integration processes and design

Assist in documenting integration requirements and workflows

Support and implement integration security and encryption requirements Effectively and accurately communicate Workday capabilities and limitations Support the development, testing, and deployment of integrations within the Workday application Have consistent and ongoing interactions with client subject matter experts Collaborate with on and offshore resources

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Workday HCM configuration/integrations

Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, preferably with a Workday Partner or Clients using Workday as HCM system

Minimum of 2 years' experience serving as a workstream lead on HCM Integrations implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Integrations using Core Connectors, Studio, Workday Calculated Fields, EIB's

Ability to travel 10 - 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

Active Workday Integrations Certification(s)

Superior communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience with Excel, Visio and Power point

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
