Wages start at $7.25 an hour including tips.
Must be able to stand on feet and walk for long hours.
Must be kind, courteous and have exceptional customer service skills.
Must be able to handle money and count change back.
Must be able to memorize menu items, old and new.
Must be familiar with wine, liquor and cocktails.
Must be 19 years or older.
