North End Wellness and Counseling, a thriving group practice, is hiring part-time and full-time positions for licensed therapists in the Boise and Meridian areas. Current clinicians are paid $70-80 an hour for billable sessions. Full-time therapists earn more than $100,000 annually and report high job satisfaction. Clinicians share that it is like being in private practice without the hassle and having a consistent referral basis. For clinicians who don't have their full licensure yet (i.e. LCP, LMSW), the beginning pay is $40 or more depending on experience with supervision included and increasing after the first year.
