$1500 Sign-on bonus for a Licensed Applicator
Job Summary -
Lawn Logic, a family-owned and operated company, seeks an ambitious and motivated Lawn Care Applicator to join our team. In this role, you will help promote and apply lawn care services to our established customer base. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing estimates and meeting with customers to discuss their lawn care needs.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Applying lawn care treatments on a designated route
- Diagnosing diseases, weeds, and fungus problems within lawns
- Communicating with customers and explaining products and solutions to their problems
- Introduce and promote our services
Qualifications and Skills:
- Applicator's License REQUIRED
- Valid Driver's License
- Knowledge of plants, grass, and trees is a plus
- Background in horticulture or arboriculture is a plus
Benefits:
- Competitive pay based on experience:$20.00 -$25.00 per hour
