We’re gearing up for a busy winter & spring season and are looking for 2–3 motivated individuals to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work, traveling for short projects, and being part of a strong crew, this could be the job for you!
✅ What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic & reliability (show up on time, ready to work)
Willingness to travel out of town for 3–4 days at a time
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Able to lift 35+ lbs regularly
Good communication skills (calls & texts with crew)
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
Reliable transportation to and from work
Must pass an employment physical
