Seeking a proactive, ultra-organized Personal Assistant to keep calendars, communication, logistics, and special projects running smoothly. You spot needs early, bring order to moving pieces, and get things over the finish line—always with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars and scheduling; coordinate smoothly across time zones and stakeholders
Triage inboxes; draft and polish clear, friendly messages
Plan travel end to end (flights, hotels, ground, simple itineraries)
Build and refine simple systems (templates, SOPs, checklists) that save time
Research vendors, tools, gifts, and venues; share straightforward recommendations
Coordinate personal appointments and set helpful reminders
Create brief summaries/one-pagers and tidy up docs when needed
Handle sensitive info with excellent judgment and confidentiality
Qualifications
2+ years in a PA/EA/operations or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong follow-through; comfortable living in task boards and calendars
Tech-savvy with Google/Microsoft suites and common task apps
Proven discretion and professionalism
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
