We’re hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to support one apartment community - Talavera Apartments in Boise, ID. There are 81 units at this property. Working hours Monday-Friday 8-5pm - with shared on-call responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Complete work orders (plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.)
- Turnover units between residents
- Perform inspections and preventive maintenance
- Snow removal and seasonal upkeep
- On-call emergency response (rotating)
- Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of apartment, hotel, or building maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and travel between properties
- Positive attitude and team spirit
What You’ll Get:
