What will I be doing?
As a telephone sales rep, you will have the title OptimalShip Regional Account Manager and you will be contacting businesses throughout the United States and introducing them to DHL international shipping. You will also be sharing the benefits of shipping through OptimalShip.com, providing quotes on shipments, and introducing new clients to the ways the OptimalShip online shipping platform and immediate customer service support will make their international shipping easy.
What skills do I need?
The best sales reps are sociable, consistent, coachable, reliable, personable, and persistent. Bringing in new DHL shipping clients requires you to be friendly and tenacious. We strive to give every potential new client a pleasant and professional conversational experience as we make our calls.
Available hours for this position:
CUSTOM SCHEDULING
Monday – Thursday: 7am – 5pm
Friday: 7am - 5pm
We are looking for an availability of:
20 hours a week
2-5 hours per day
Five days a week
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13 per hour base pay + incentives
Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other standard desktop functions.
Sales or mission experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to sit at a desk throughout your shift (2 – 4 hours)
Must be able to wear a headset throughout your shift (2 – 4 hours)
Must be able to look at screens throughout your shift (2 - 4 hours)
