Kanaan Communications, LLC is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager Summary/Objective The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading and actively participating in the day-to-day operations of a telecommunications construction warehouse. Essential Functions
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Manage, oversee, supervise and participate in daily operations.
Follow established policy and procedures for company and our vendors.
Control and manage all inventory processes and address any issues as needed (cycle counts, reconciliations, receipts, etc.).
Ensure the accuracy of inventory management systems (APOS) (Company & Customer).
Communicate with various levels of management and customers to ensure that customer expectations are met and issues are resolved, including turnaround time.
Ensure warehouse duties are completed by staff efficiently and effectively.
Support and ensure compliance with company safety programs and initiatives as well as all applicable OSHA and state workplace safety laws.
Work with field supervisors and crews to assure all policies and procedures are being followed.
Operate forklift, l oad and unload trucks as needed.
Interview, select and train warehouse personnel.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Knowledge of computer software applications (Windows, Microsoft Word/Excel)
Demonstrated ability/experience in operating a forklift
Must be able to pass drug, background, MVR, and DOT screenings
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Required Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of experience in warehouse/inventory management
Experience in the telecommunications/construction sector is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in a supervisory position
Work Environment
This position requires an individual to be extremely dexterous where physical and mental work is concerned. Work outside and inside; work around machinery with moving parts; work around moving objects or vehicles; exposure to dampness and humidity; varying climates.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit or lay for extended periods of time. This would require the ability to perform repetitive actions using hands, arms and legs. This position requires the ability to lift up to 75lbs multiple times a day.
