Royal Plaza Health and Rehabilitation is now accepting applications for a Sales/Marketing position. This position handles the internal and external customer contacts in the center, establishing relationships with our referral sources, responding to inquiries, touring customers and following up on those contacts. As residents admit to the center, this position also interacts with the residents and families to support the admission/referral process.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Organizational skills required.
Good listener.
Previous medical knowledge or background preferred.
Knowledge of (or ability to learn) reimbursement programs from payor sources.
Personal computer skills at a level to accomplish this job.
Proven skills in working independently, be self-motivated, and be goal-directed.
Formal sales training and team building skills preferred.
Understanding of advertising, collateral material design/layout/production preferred via past proven experience.
Capable of maintaining regular attendance.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written format.
Ability to work flexible hours, as admission responsibilities may dictate the ability to attend meetings, make presentations, and meet prospective residents or families outside of the Center.
Ability to travel and/or attend educational offerings presented by the Center, as well as approved offerings by Association conferences or other entities.
This is a full time position and there may be occasional weekend work throughout the year.
