Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Post Falls, Idaho. The selected candidate will be joining our team and will be tasked with administrative functions such as processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Key responsibilities: Coordination of interviews with hiring managers and sending out necessary correspondence to candidates. Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of new hire paperwork and coordination of orientation. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing HR paperwork, and maintaining HR records. Handling sensitive information concerning potential hires and current employees in a confidential manner. Utilizing skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, Employee Relations to perform tasks efficiently. Ensuring the accuracy of customer credit records. Efficiently and accurately processing customer credit applications. Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. Developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships across all levels of the organization. Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and Ceridian Knowledge of HRMS and About Time software Experience in Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration Understanding of Compliance protocols in administrative settings Ability to handle Employee Relations effectively Ability to work in a team and independently as required Excellent organizational and time management skills Proven written and verbal communication skills High level of attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
