The full Pay Range is $78,400-$145,800 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Additional details regarding BECU Benefits can be found here .IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE:The Sr Performance Analyst – Financial Crimes role is central to shaping the success of Financial Crimes. You will utilize your analytical prowess to extract, transform, and analyze fraud data, creating impactful reports, dashboards, and scorecards for Financial Crimes. Your insights and recommendations based on reporting results will help drive critical decisions, fraud strategy and steer the division towards success.WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Uncover Insights : Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of performance analysis to provide in-depth analysis and solve complex problems, including trending, root cause identification, and gap analysis.

Customize Data Reporting : Design, build, and maintain customized dashboards and reporting tools to effectively manage operational performance.

Collaborate and Translate : Work closely with various teams to translate business requirements into logical data models and extract existing data for meaningful visual representations.

Offer Operative Assistance : Provide broad analytical and operational support to the business unit, contributing to informed decision-making.

Drive Data-Driven Decision Making : Analyze organizational data and complex problems, providing actionable insights and alternative action plans to reach performance objectives.

Strategic Research Support : Assist in qualitative and quantitative primary research phases, identifying and gathering data to support strategic assessments and new product/service offerings for the membership.

Insight Generation : Generate creative and action-oriented insights into key business drivers, market trends, and industry developments, contributing to the overall success of the business unit.

QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information systems or related quantitative field, or equivalent work/educational experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in data mining, query development, or multi-system data integration.

Desired Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial institution data analysis and reporting.

Extensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, and Business Intelligence reporting.

Experience with Tableau and scripting languages (SQL, SAS, Python, R, etc.).

Strong analytical skills, time management abilities, and proficiency in verbal and written communication.

Proficient math skills with a high degree of accuracy and the flexibility to work a schedule meeting the needs of internal customers.
